Toddler Classroom Manger: East End House, Cambridge - The Classroom Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the classroom and will help coordinate all child care functions with the Child Care Director. The position will involve 40 hours/week of classroom time, supervision and administrative duties. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for working with children, be well versed in EEC policies and regulations, have experience in supervising and managing staff and have experience using evidence based curriculum. Coordinator for the Youth Policy Initiative - The Youth Policy Initiative is a network of Massachusetts youth agency networks, which seeks to influence the Commonwealth to build support for legislative, budget and administrative action on behalf of overlooked youth in our communities. We seek to re-frame the Commonwealth's policy focus on overlooked and disconnected youth, addressing the entire universe of issues affecting these youth by documenting the results, and championing the expansion, of smart public investment in overlooked youth. The Youth Policy Initiative (YPI) Network Coordinator will convene, support, and build the YPI Network to support its policy campaigns. The Coordinator will maintain an office and have access to administrative support at Organizing Leadership and Training Center in Dorchester.
