Haley After-School Director - The Director will lead a unique after-school educational program located at the Dennis C. Haley Elementary School. Administered by the Haley in collaboration with community partners, the program engages approximately 110 students from kindergarten through 5th grade, multiple community volunteers, and full-time and part-time staff, plus volunteers and contracted services.  The Director is responsible for supervising, coaching and developing staff; recruiting and managing volunteers and pro-bono services; refining and implementing curricula; recruiting students; coordinating After-school logistics; developing relationships with parents and school personnel; identifying and applying for funding; and community organizing. The goal of the After-School Program is to provide academic support, arts and enrichment and physical fitness. Afterschool District Manager of Operations - For Kids Only Afterschool Programs seeks a District Manager with vision and experience to oversee EEC licensed afterschool program sites in Everett and work with the site coordinators and staff to ensure that the programs provide high quality services to meet the needs of the families. Alumni Services Coordinator (AmeriCorps VISTA – 1 year of Service) - Under the direction of the Director of Alumni Services, the Coordinator will help develop and implement growing Alumni services program for graduates of Tenacity’s After School Excellence Program (ASEP) by developing tools, systems and resources to help kids succeed in high school and beyond. Duties include Tracking students’ academic performance (e.g. collection of high school grades) so that we can identify and address their needs and help ensure their success in school; Helping to develop and maintain our process for assisting kids/families with high school selection; Recruiting volunteers to serve as tutors and mentors for alumni. AmeriCorps Member (Full Time) - Looking for 12 energetic, creative, individuals to be part of our After School Excellence Program working with middle school students across Boston through June.
